Position Overview of the Team Leader

I am a local State Farm Insurance Agent seeking an outgoing, customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public. Do you aspire to run your own business, become a trusted advisor in your community, and lead a team? As part of our successful agency, you will develop leadership skills, insurance industry knowledge, and sales and marketing experience. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will gain valuable insight into operating a business while preparing for a potential career as a State Farm agent.

Responsibilities of the Team Leader

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
Educate customers on insurance options through a needs-based approach.
Develop the leadership and operational skills necessary to run a business.

Compensation for the Team Leader

Base pay $40,000 - $60,000
Uncapped commission structure
Our top earners make over $100,000 annually
Performance-based bonuses tied to agency goals
